Currently a PT in training! Studying my Certificate IV in Personal Training!
I have a deep passion for health and fitness. Whilst my passion lies more with food and nutrition (going on to study health science nutritional medicine degree later this year) I also have a strong passion for the fitness side also!
I've been there, struggling with weight and health issues and am still on my journey to repair and health and nourish my body after years of abuse from high sugar and high fat foods with a sedentary lifestyle! So I know first hand what it feels like.
I am a big believer in loving your body and nourishing and nurturing it. However this doesn't mean I'm a wuss in the gym! My aim is to help you reach your full potential in a stable and safe manner. I cannot offer a quick fix or overnight results but I can offer support and guidance and that I will help you in everyway I can to get the results you are looking for!
